This is EASILY the best meal I've ever had in a very very long time, and I go out to eat a lot.
From the beginning the service was amazing, Richard (I think, the best waiter I've ever had) was funny, charming, and knowledgable. Even though his area was so busy he always took the time to come back to us and check up on how we were doing and chat to us about things that weren't related to our meal, which I did appreciate.
Highly recommend going all out here: entree, drinks, mains and sides, and dessert because everything is amazing.
I would love to come back here one day and I'm so glad it's reopened again after the Brisbane floods

Your food was so good (and the service so friendly and professional) that we visit you 2 times in our 4 days spent in Brisbane (our last four days spent in Australia before to came back to Italy). We have sandbagged friends places in New Farm, & are equally good at handling shovels, hoses, lugging stuff & following directions.

Living in Melbourne and only seeing the news coverage of the floods I can only imagine how devastating the last few days have been.

Just to let you know mine and my husband's thoughts have been with you, and your fellow Queenslanders, since the flood devastation. We thought of you guys as soon as we heard the floods had hit Brisbane... We spent a week in Brisbane last October as part of our honeymoon, we loved it there and ate at your restaurant on our last night before heading to Melbourne - it was a delicious final supper for us, with a perfect setting. We'd love to come back one day.

For what it's worth, Queensland really is in the thoughts of so many of us Poms. I never write letters of this type, however, I thought that I could not let this pass!
We came to Jellyfish for luncheon on Friday 24th Sept. The meal was a delight, the service impeccable (Bek, Sylvain & Serge) and just the whole 2 hours was a great experience. My husband and I dine out occasionally, (he's an 'ambo and I am a nurse) so shift work gets in the way - so this is a rare treat.

We had dinner at your Restaurant on Friday night and the food and service were both fabulous, so fabulous that I felt compelled to let you know. So often people are quick to complain but it is not often that they take the time to say ‘thank you and well done’.

We had guests from interstate and I must say that they were extremely impressed with Jellyfish...

It is nice to see Brisbane getting a little sophisticated with its dining and I must say it was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. The service was also very good – Richard was our waiter and he added that something extra that waiters should – I would go as far as saying he was pretty perfect.

Thanks again – we will definitely be back and spreading the word.
